Placing an Order
Once you have placed an order through the website, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail. If you do not, it could mean that you left the site before your order had completed. You will receive a further e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
Payment will be in GB Pounds through the Paypal system (that also enables you to use your credit card).
Delivery can be to the United Kingdom only at present.
Your order will be sent through Royal Mail, First Class, signed for. Postage and packing is included in the item price.
Hopefully you will be happy with your purchase. But if you are not, please e-mail us at email@example.com to let us know you wish to return the goods and explain and problem or provide feedback.
If the item is returned within 14 days with the cardboard sales tag still intact and on the item and the item is in its original packaging, a full refund will be given, excluding the return postage cost.
Please carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, along with the completed return form that has your name and address on. Please return using a reliable trackable service as packages that are damaged or lost in transit will not be refunded.
